    I appear in the British media on a regular basis including Newsnight, ITV's This Morning, BBC Radio 1's Newsbeat, Sky News, Daybreak,  C4's 4Thought, BBC's The One Show and Top Gear.  I enjoy contributing on a variety of issues, some of which are of a deeply serious nature such as the lack of quality prosthetics for injured service men and women to lighter subjects such as my love of fast cars and helping motivate people who are struggling to enjoy life.

Ben pretty much stole the show and was an absolute hit with all of us. His focus, commitment and drive inspired us all and I know a lot of the team are still talking about Ben.
